Yes. You can recreate any plan structure directly in Bonara — enter your tier table, your budgets, and your weighting. No migration consultant required. If you have something unusual, we can help you model it.
Which currencies do you support? +
EUR, USD, GBP, AED at minimum on day one — with admin-defined exchange rates for display in a second currency. Plans pay out in whatever currency you choose. We're adding more by region as customers request them.
What does the recipient (employee) view show? +
Their plan, their target, their actuals per quarter, their achievement %, their current tier multiplier, and their projected annual payout. Plus a what-if slider that lets them model end-of-year scenarios. Every payout shows the full calculation, so the numbers are never a black box.
How long does it take to set up? +
Most admins go from sign-up to first plan assigned in under 10 minutes. Design your plan, fill in your budgets and tier table, invite an employee. They get an email with a link to view their plan.
